This is good for a quick breakfast or if you are traveling.
Sometimes you don’t feel feel like putting together a smoothie or you just need something a little different that’s still vegetarian, quick, and healthy in those times I turn to this recipe.
Berry Oatmeal High Protein Breakfast Dessert
1 6oz container 0% Fage Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup raw uncooked oatmeal
1/4 cup Blackberries
½ cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Strawberries
1 Emerald 100 Calorie Snack Pack Natural Almonds and Walnuts
In a cereal bowl empty the 6oz of yogurt. Then add ¼ cup of raw uncooked oatmeal. Then add ¼ cup blackberries, ½ cup blueberries, ¼ cup strawberries. Then top it with the entire snack pack of almonds and walnuts.
